Qvinci launched RoyaltyHub on September 15. The company says it brings sales-data collection, franchise royalty billing and payment tracking into one platform. Qvinci’s launch announcement
The announcement describes connections to accounting and point-of-sale systems that supply sales data. Franchisors can review invoices, payments, balances and communication records for an individual location or across their system. Franchisees also get a central record of their payments.
Qvinci’s product documentation gives brands another route for supplying sales figures: uploading a CSV file. The software calculates royalties on the brand’s schedule, while flat-fee invoices can be set to generate automatically when needed.
Before billing, franchisees receive notice of the coming invoice amount and can check it for accuracy. Invoice emails include a payment link, with choices of ACH bank transfer, credit or debit card. Franchisees can also arrange automatic payments.
The product page describes separate handling for overdue bills and failed bank payments. RoyaltyHub can assign late fees automatically. When an ACH payment fails, it restores the amount owed, adds a fee and informs the franchisee of the revised balance.
RoyaltyHub is designed to work alongside Qvinci Intelligence, combining royalty information with financial and operating data.
