Arby’s is promoting Loaded Rewards in a September 23 campaign featuring reality TV star Angie Katsanevas. Existing members moved into the program automatically on August 24.
The company says members earn 10 points per $1 in eligible purchases. Double Roast Beef and Double Beef ’n Cheddar sandwiches earn double points. Reward categories start at 300 points, including large fries, large Potato Cakes and large fountain drinks.
At restaurant counters and drive-thrus, members give staff a six-digit app code before paying. Signed-in orders through Arby’s app or website earn points automatically. A code used for in-person redemption lasts 15 minutes. Members who forget the code can request missing points in the app using a receipt’s QR code or manually entered receipt details.
Arby’s current FAQ permits up to five rewards plus one offer per order. A promo code can be used while earning points and redeeming rewards, but cannot be combined with an offer or another code. The FAQ says online ordering is available at most locations.
Points expire after one year. Once members exchange points for a reward, that reward expires 60 days after redemption, according to the FAQ. Members can request their points back if they decide not to use a selected reward.
Arby’s described Free Sandwich Month in an April 2, 2024 announcement. Rewards members received one free-sandwich deal each week during April, with four potential redemptions across the month. Each required another purchase through the app or website at participating restaurants. People joining during April received deals for the remaining weeks.
Ellen Rose, Arby’s chief marketing officer at the time, described the promotion as a chance for skeptical diners to try sandwiches they had been considering.
The September campaign also describes monthly personalized offers and future perks such as bonus points, size upgrades or free delivery.
